In simple terms, we buy houses in “AS-IS” condition. You don’t need to repair anything. Whether your home is a teardown or it needs minor cosmetics, we’ll buy it.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE WHAT PRICE TO OFFER ON MY HOUSE?
Our offers are very competitive, and we try as much as possible to offer the maximum amount possible for every purchase. If our proposals aren’t reasonable, then we’d not have purchased thousands of houses. We don’t use any magical percentage. Instead, our real estate consultants much like an appraiser take the following into consideration: the age, size, condition, location, and features of the home we want to buy. We calculate the total cost needed to put the house in order, the values of the homes in the neighborhood and how long it takes to sell those homes. These and many other factors will determine the amount we offer.
DO YOU DEAL IN HIGHER PRICED PROPERTIES?
Yes, we can buy a house from those wishing to sell irrespective of the price range and reason. We’ve even purchased million-dollar homes before.
WHAT IF MY PROPERTY IS CONDEMNED OR HAS HEALTH DEPARTMENT VIOLATIONS?
No problem at all, we can still buy your house as it is, even if it has demolition orders scheduled.
IS IT BETTER TO CONTACT YOU VIA AN ONLINE FORM OR CALL?

WHEN I CONTACT YOU FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME, WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU?
We need the necessary information about your house like the number of bathrooms, bedrooms and overall condition of your property. We’ll also ask you how long you’ve owned your home and if there are any liens or mortgages against the property.
DO YOU ONLY BUY SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSES?
No. In addition to single-family houses, we also purchase condominiums, townhouses, and duplexes.
